•  Analyze client enquiries and understand the housing needs. It will be helpful if he client provides as much information as possible in the enquiry form.

•  Respond to the client's enquiry within a working day and in the way designated by the client. Our response will includes a housing proposal and a home search itinerary.

•  Arrange visit by the client to the proposed properties for viewing. To allow time for the landlord to get prepared for the visit, it would be appreciated if the client can contact us to make an appointment at least one day in advance of the intended visit.

•  Pick up and accompany the client for property visit. Provide the client with full details about the property including its amenities and environment. Answer client's questions.

•  Assist the client to analyze the good and bad points of all the proposed properties. So that he/she can finalize the selection process and make an informed decision on which property to take.
