• Respond to the client ASAP upon the receipt of the client's Offer to rent the selected property. It is suggested that the Offer be provided n more detail so as to increase the chance of reaching an agreement with the landlord.
• Negotiate with the landlord on behalf of the client based on the client's Offer. Assist the client to understand current prices on the market for reference and make comparisons. Provide various professional services including legal advice during the process of negotiation.
• Prepare the lease agreement and arrange the signing of the agreement when the client and landlord has made a deal.
